Cempaka Hutan (Gardenia carinata) is a Malaysian native gardenia of lowland forest. Heavily scented flowers open golden-yellow and deepen to orange as they age, set against thick glossy leaves. Flowers repeatedly through the year.
A flowering feature grown for its scented golden blooms, which open cream and darken through yellow to orange over a day or two. Best placed near paths and seating where the fragrance carries. Supplied farm-direct as mature stock, ready to establish on your project from day one.
