Eucalyptus Deglupta (Pokok Eucalyptus)

Pokok Eucalyptus (Eucalyptus deglupta), the Rainbow Eucalyptus, is grown for its multicoloured peeling bark. The rainbow eucalyptus — bark peels in strips to reveal streaks of green, orange, blue and maroon that shift as it weathers. Very fast-growing and tall; give it space and depth of soil.

A statement specimen best given open ground away from paving and structures. Grows quickly and sheds bark continuously, so site it where litter is not a maintenance problem — lawn and mulched beds rather than pool surrounds or forecourts.
