Dyera Costulata (Pokok Jelutong)
Pokok Jelutong (Dyera costulata) was once tapped across Malaya for the latex used in chewing gum. A forest emergent with a straight clean bole and branches in tidy whorls, carrying glossy leaves in rosettes. Grows tall and comparatively narrow.
Specified for avenue rows, entrance statements and large parkland where vertical scale is the point. Historically tapped across Malaya for latex, so it also carries weight in heritage and interpretive planting. Supplied farm-direct as mature stock, ready to establish on your project from day one.
