Dendrolobium Umbellatum

Dendrolobium umbellatum is a pioneer species of Malaysian sandy shorelines. A coastal shrub with leaves showing pale silvery undersides that catch the light, and small white pea flowers in clusters. Salt- and wind-tolerant.

Specified for wind-blown and saline sites where standard hedging fails. Forms a serviceable screen on reclaimed and coastal ground with very little aftercare. Supplied farm-direct as mature stock, ready to establish on your project from day one.
